01

The appointments

7 questions

What you are actually buying, and what happens if it falls short.

A prospect who has completed our full qualification process, told us they hold £250,000 or more in investable assets or pension savings, indicated genuine intent to speak with a financial adviser, booked a time in their diary, and shown up for the meeting. The asset figure is what the prospect reports to us, not a figure we independently verify. If an appointment does not meet all four criteria, it does not leave our system.

£800 per attended appointment. A batch of ten costs £8,000, committed upfront. The upfront commitment is what allows us to run your campaign and keep going until all ten shows are delivered. You are not paying for bookings. You are paying for attended meetings, and we do not stop until you have ten.

It does not count toward your ten. You committed to ten attended appointments. A no-show is not an attended appointment, so it does not come off your batch. We continue qualifying and booking until all ten shows are complete.

To begin with, appointments are held by video or phone, whichever the prospect prefers. That is how prospects in this age group expect to meet at the first stage, and it keeps delivery fast. In-person meetings can follow later by arrangement between you and the client.

Tell us. If an appointment does not meet the criteria we agreed, it does not count toward your ten. We built this business on repeat orders. That only happens if the appointments are worth buying again.

We do not offer cash refunds. The batch is committed upfront and the remedy for any shortfall is continued delivery. We keep going until all ten attended appointments are complete.

We can guarantee the quality of the appointments we deliver against the criteria we agreed. We cannot guarantee how many of those appointments convert into clients. That depends on your proposition, your process, and the fit between what the prospect needs and what your firm does. Any company that guarantees client conversions is not being straight with you. What we can tell you is that your batch is not finished until ten qualified prospects have shown up.

How it works

4 questions

Timing, commitment, and how the campaign is run.

From the point we agree your criteria, we launch your campaign and keep delivering until all ten attended appointments are complete. Most batches are done within about two weeks.

Each batch is covered by a short written agreement for that batch alone. There is no long-term contract, no retainer, and no rolling commitment. When your ten attended appointments are delivered, you decide whether to buy another batch.

We target UK adults aged 50 to 65 using a combination of demographic filters, behavioural signals, and interest-based targeting relevant to retirement planning and personal finance. The campaign runs under the Highwater brand and is built in accordance with FCA financial promotion rules.

Compliance and fit

3 questions

Where your firm sits, and who this is built for.

The advertising runs under the Highwater brand throughout. Your firm is not named at any stage. You are not responsible for approving our advertising copy. When a prospect becomes your client, your normal compliance obligations apply from that point forward as they always would.

We work across the UK. We take on one firm per region to protect exclusivity. If your region is already taken, we will tell you on the introduction call.

FCA-authorised financial advice firms with two or more advisers who have a clear proposition for clients with £250,000 or more in investable assets and genuine capacity to take on new clients. If you are unsure whether that is you, the Who It's For page will make it clear.

Did not find your question?

If the question you are weighing is not on this page, put it to us directly on the call. We would rather answer it straight than have you guess.
