How It Works
Six steps from enquiry to appointment in your calendar.
There are no complicated onboarding documents. No six-week setup period. No strategy calls that produce a deck and nothing else. Here is what actually happens, in order.

Book an Introduction Call.
Use the link at the bottom of this page. The call takes thirty minutes. We check whether your region has capacity and whether there is a sensible fit between what we deliver and what your firm needs.
If there is not a fit, we will say so on the call.

We agree your criteria.
Every firm we work with has a different client profile. On the introduction call we establish yours.
Minimum asset threshold. Geographic preferences. Whether you focus on pension consolidation, retirement income planning, inheritance tax planning, or the full financial planning picture.
This conversation determines how every subsequent appointment is qualified. We do not move to the next step until we have it right.

3
We run the campaign.
We build and run FCA-compliant paid advertising on Meta, targeted at UK adults aged 50 to 65 with £250,000 or more in investable assets or pension savings.
The campaign runs under the Highwater brand throughout. Your firm is not named at any stage. This is not simply a compliance convenience. It is how the model works. We run a single campaign across the UK and allocate appointments exclusively to one firm per region.

4
We qualify every response.
Our qualification process covers assets, intent, timing, and fit through a structured series of questions with built-in conditional logic. Each answer determines what comes next. There are no shortcuts through it. The asset figure is what the prospect reports to us, not a figure we independently verify.
If a prospect does not meet the criteria we agreed in step two, they do not become an appointment. There is no volume target that overrides quality.

5
The appointment goes into your calendar.
When a prospect passes qualification, they are booked directly into your diary.
Before the meeting you receive a written summary. Their name. A description of their financial position as they have described it. The reason they are looking for advice. Any relevant context that will help you walk in prepared.
You know who you are speaking to before the conversation begins.
The batch counts attended meetings, not bookings. If a prospect does not show up, that appointment does not count toward your ten.

6
You take the meeting.
From this point it is entirely yours.
Your process. Your proposition. Your judgement about whether there is a fit between what they need and what your firm does.
We do not script the meeting. We do not tell you how to advise.
On timing
From agreed criteria, we launch your campaign and keep going until all ten attended appointments are in your calendar. Most batches are complete within about two weeks.
On what happens after the ten appointments
No retainer. No long-term contract. Each batch is covered by its own short written agreement. Ten attended appointments at £800 each. When all ten have shown up, the batch is complete. If you want another, you order another. Nothing beyond that.
One firm per region
Is your region still open?
We take on a single firm in each region of the UK. When a region is claimed, it closes to everyone else. Find yours on the map.
Book a call
Let's find out if your region is still open.
We will confirm your region is open and walk you through exactly how the pay-per-show batch model works. One short call. No hard sell.
